Scotia Dancers of New York Presents A Night for Newcomers
Interested in trying a new activity this autumn? If you enjoy beautiful music, friendly people, a mental challenge and movement, you should give us a try. On September 18th we will be hosting a session for brand new Scottish country dancers. We will teach a few easy dances. Subsequent Mondays will include an opening hour and a half where teaching will be geared to newcomers. If you have soft soled shoes, bring them, but they're not required. Feel free to bring a friend, but a partner isn't necessary. Just come and have an evening of fun. You'll leave with a smile and a ticket for free admission to your next session. We meet at Madison Avenue Baptist Church, 30 E. 31st St. at 7 P.M. Admission is $8.00. For further information, call Ann Hankins, 212-634-8084.
